Charisma is back!

We’re thrilled to announce that Charisma will be re-opening on Friday May 15th.

Charisma will be opening with reduced hours and some additional precautions to keep everyone safe. Starting on Friday we will now be open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5pm (Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for now.)

We encourage everyone to phone or email and setup an appointment to shop as we will be limiting the number of customers in the store at one time. This way, you won’t need to wait to come in if someone is already shopping.

The Alberta government has laid out guidelines to keep everyone safe and we will be following all of these. This includes:

• No staff or customers will be permitted in the store if they are showing any COVID-19 symptoms. If you’re feeling at all unwell, please stay home.
• All customers are asked to please respect social distancing guidelines and maintain a distance from staff and other customers of at least 6 feet.
• Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all common surfaces at the beginning and end of each day, as well as between customer visits.
• Hand sanitizer will be available and all customers are required to sanitize their hands before shopping.
• If possible, please wear a mask at all times, we can provide one if you need. Masks will be required when trying on any clothing.
• A limited number of customers in the store based on the number of staff working. Typically no more than 2 customers at one time. Please arrange to shop on your own, if bringing a friend, please book two appointments for the one time. The doors will be locked when we are at capacity but we have installed a doorbell so you can let us know that you are waiting.
• Please limit your time in the store. We know shopping at Charisma can take a while with our selection, but we would like to ask customers to try and limit their shopping time. Feel free to ask us to pre-select items in your favorite colours or styles when you make your appointment.
• Curbside pickup or shipping will also be available so if you are not comfortable shopping in person right now, please give us a call and we’re happy to make arrangements to help in any way we can.

We know that this is a lot to follow, but this is the best way that we can all stay safe. All of these policies may change based on what the government recommends in the future. We are so happy that we will be able to shop with you again and get back to feeling almost normal!
